CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity.

 

The movements are based on the fundamentals of weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and a lot more!

 

All workouts are entirely scaleable - with the programming of the type of movements and the volume of work being interchangeable, so anyone from beginners to CrossFit games athletes can find a suitable level to push themselves through.

 

More than all of that CrossFit is a unique, community centred way of fitness, make friends, work out, and achieve your fitness goals in a fun and welcoming environment.
